Formed in early 1997, BAVRA's first objective was to launch small solid fuel rockets, this task was completed in late 1999 after one month of development of the Orion rocket. After two planned launched BAVRA decided that it's goals would be to launch large solid fuel rockets or small liquid fuel rockets by 24^th of May 2001. The path to achieving this goal would require many tests , and obstacles climbed to achieve the goal. So BAVRA started launching planned missions and projects starting with Orion to climb these obstacles. Orion completed the first task of launching our first solid fuel rocket and then our next project Explorer by testing our new recovery system. we passed two obstacles but many still remain since explorer our next projects will climb the obstacles ahead to achieve our goal..
